Service Description
This Slow Flow class is perfect for all levels, offering plenty of options to modify whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience. The session begins with a short meditation to clear your mind, followed by slow, gradual movements to gently warm up the body. Dynamic sequences of postures are designed to synchronize breath with mindful movement, creating a harmonious and intentional flow. The class is both fun and challenging, with a focus on building strength, balance, flexibility, and cultivating a sense of inner calm.
